Excellence in Food Blogging !!!

I'm posting this blog to give credit to the best food blogger I've found on web. This guy is a sous chef in Detroit but is the best chef I've known or seen pertaining to New Orleans and South Louisiana cooking. He is also pretty interested in the architecture of the area, too, including plantations. He is Daniel Leyten (http://www.nolacuisine.com/). Check out his blog and you will find some of the best recipes of South Louisiana cuisine you will find anywhere. The recipes are well written and understandable by the average cook (you don't have to be a chef) and enjoy some great photography at the same time.
